The pop star makes her Calvin Klein campaign debut, blending modern confidence with the effortless minimalism that defined the brand’s iconic ’90s era.
Tate McRae is adding another major fashion moment to an already impressive year. The Canadian pop star has been tapped for her first-ever Calvin Klein campaign, becoming the face of the brand’s Fall 2026 “Feel the Fit” denim collection.
The partnership feels particularly fitting for McRae, whose personal style often draws inspiration from the supermodels and fashion imagery of the 1990s.
“I feel so honored to be a part of such a timeless and iconic brand,” McRae told Harper’s Bazaar. She explained that she frequently references images of ’90s supermodels when developing her own style, making Calvin Klein a natural match for her aesthetic.

A Modern Take on Calvin Klein’s ’90s Legacy
For the Fall 2026 campaign, McRae embraces the stripped-down sensuality that helped make Calvin Klein denim a cultural phenomenon decades ago. Wearing fitted white T-shirts paired with body-hugging jeans, the singer channels the effortless confidence associated with some of the brand’s most memorable campaigns.
Among her inspirations was Kate Moss’s legendary 1993 Calvin Klein Obsession campaign photographed by Mario Sorrenti—imagery that remains influential more than three decades later.
Rather than simply recreating the past, however, McRae brings her own contemporary pop-star energy to the aesthetic. The result bridges two generations: the minimalism of ’90s fashion and the confident, body-conscious styling dominating today’s culture.

Denim Made for Tate McRae
Throughout the “Feel the Fit” campaign, McRae models several Calvin Klein silhouettes, including the ’90s Straight Jean and the Low-Rise Baggy.
The denim-focused partnership also reflects what she actually wears away from the camera.
“Denim is such a massive part of my wardrobe,” McRae said.
Interestingly, the campaign may have changed one of her longtime fashion preferences. Although McRae describes herself as traditionally being “a low-rise jean girl,” working on the shoot introduced her to a completely different silhouette.
“But ever since that shoot, I’ve been wearing a high-rise skinny jean,” she revealed.
It’s a notable endorsement at a moment when denim trends continue to evolve. After years dominated by baggy, wide-leg and low-rise silhouettes, the skinny jean has slowly been working its way back into the fashion conversation.
Tate McRae’s Fashion Era Continues
The Calvin Klein campaign arrives during a milestone-filled period for McRae. Alongside major festival appearances and continued success as one of pop music’s most recognizable young performers, she recently celebrated her first Grammy nomination.
Her growing presence in fashion feels like another natural extension of that momentum.
Calvin Klein, meanwhile, has a long history of selecting musicians, actors and cultural figures who embody the attitude of their generation. By placing McRae at the center of its Fall 2026 denim campaign, the house connects its unmistakable ’90s visual language with one of today’s most prominent pop stars.
For McRae, it’s more than another campaign—it’s an opportunity to step inside the fashion imagery that has influenced her own sense of style.
And if her sudden embrace of high-rise skinny jeans is any indication, Calvin Klein isn’t just putting Tate McRae in denim. It may be helping her usher in her next style era.
